I’ve recently discovered these first two recipes from friends and family. Not only are they simple, but GOOD FOR YOU and DELICIOUS! The best kind of desserts!
Raw Chocolate Pudding
- 2 mashed avocados
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 mashed banana or apple sauce
- 3 Tablespoons water
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
For clumpy pudding, mix all together in a bowl. For smooth pudding, blend in a blender or mixer. Serves 4.
Fake Cookie Dough

- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 3 tablespoons flax meal
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Mix together, roll into balls and serve.
Here’s another page of cookie dough recipes! =)
Goyt (Danish pudding)
- 2 1/2 cups fruit juice
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of tapioca
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch or arrowroot powder
- a little cold water
Bring the fruit juices and sugar to a boil. Mix the tapioca and cornstarch/arrowroot with the water. Let stand for 5 minutes before stirring in to the heated juice. When thick, simmer for 5 minutes. If the juice has a mild flavor, add 1 teaspoon of lemon. My grandmother used to make this for us and it is so delicious!
