Happy New Year

When I was talking to someone earlier today something in the conversation triggered a thought for me to write about in here, but now I can’t remember what it was.  Maybe it will come to me tomorrow. 😉  Has that ever happened to you?

At any rate, it’s a New Year.  A clean slate.  Another chance to make a difference in the lives of our families, our friends, our neighbors, our coworkers and more.  Here is a homework assignment to help you decide what changes to make in your life in this new year.

Take 30 minutes and write a living eulogy for yourself that will be read to your family and friends on December 2010.  What do you want it to say?  What are the important things that you want each member of your family to remember about 2010?  What will you do that counts for eternity?

Now take that eulogy and break it down to formulate a plan for the New Year.  Each month do something that will make that eulogy come true.

Share your thoughts here so others can be inspired and encouraged!
