Grilled Veggies


Ok, so this is my new favorite. We were at our friend’s house last week and she pulled some of this out of the refrigerator and had us taste it. So simple and so delicious! We have made it two times already!

Roasted Vegetables

Cut a variety of vegetables into bite size pieces and mix into a 13×9 baking dish. We have used potatoes, onion, garlic, cauliflower, peppers, broccoli, carrots and mushrooms. It would also be great with brussel sprouts and beets. Coat the veggies with olive oil, then salt them and sprinkle with a generous amount of rosemary. Bake for 30 minutes at 350

That’s it! So simple! So delicious!

    Sounds great and I definitely appreciate simple. A distant family member use to tell me how easy it is to have a rosemary plant, indoors. I may have to look into that. I’d like to use it for scent as well.

      Thank you, Emily! It’s 2 years old, but I don’t have a very good recent one. My hair is MUCH longer now. I would like to have an indoor rosemary plant too. It won’t live through the winters around here…
