Pesach, Unleavened Bread and First Fruits are gone for another year and we are in the midst of the countdown to Shavuot. This year there was a blood moon during this season. Another will follow during the fall feasts this year, spring feasts next year and fall feasts again next year. Is there any significance to FOUR blood moons in a row during the feasts of YHWH? I think so! Stay tuned =)
Our household is busy this time of year. We have a 9 week old puppy. He is a shelti-aussie-doodle and we have given him the name Asher. He is a very smart pup and I am learning just how much work it is to have a puppy! I haven’t had a 9 week old puppy for over 20 years. =)
Kidding season is approaching as well. This year we hope to have LOTS of milk to drink and make cheese, ice cream, yogurt and maybe even soap. I am greatly anticipating this. It’s been over 6 months since we had fresh goat milk!
Life continues on our mini farm. The warmer weather has finally arrived and we are cleaning up barns, sheds and the property. Soon we will plant seeds indoors and prepare the raised beds for planting in about 6 weeks.
I continue to study the calendar as well as what it means to be a Hebrew. What a satisfying Way of life! Oh that everyone could experience the true shalom that comes from following the Messiah and our Father’s Torah.
I apologize for the lateness of this post. I will attempt to post something more meaty in the near future =)
