I have been using EVERNOTE for several months now and it is fantastic!
If you haven’t tried it yet, there is a free version at Evernote.com
It syncs with your iPhone, computer, Android, Blackberry and more. You can use your voice to create a note, take a picture with your computer webcam, your phone or even some cameras, you can take screen shots, you can type a note or handwrite into your iphone, tablet or ipad, you can use a livescribe pen to record and take notes … and all of it is saved in your Evernote account for future use. When you need to find something, enter your search word, and Evernote scans everything you have put into your account, even a picture of a word (ie: restaurant sign, picture of a food label, etc)
