Lose Weight AND Sleep Better???


Years ago I posted in this blog about honey, my favorite sweetener, and the many reasons I like it so much.

Recently I visited the link I referenced in that post and found that they recommend honey to not only help with sleep, but also with weight loss. WHAT?
